Beauty Room Policy: FAQ

Guidance for safe practice.

As a salon we are insured by Salon Gold and care about our clients wellbeing when visiting our salon. All consultation forms and personal information is confidential and any images of work taken during your treatment will only be shared with your written consent. Thank you

Patch Testing.

For your own health and safety, patch testing for Microblading, tinting, extensions and lash lifts must be carried out at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Cancellations.

As a small business the effects of clients not showing for an appointment or cancelling last minute can be detrimental to the salon. To keep the salon running smoothly and in fairness to other clients we would greatly appreciate 24 hours notice if you would like to cancel or reshcedule your appointment. I understand in an emergency this cannot always be expected.

Medication.

If you are taking any medication, are postoperative, pregnant or have a medical condition it is advisable that you consult us and your doctor before embarking on any treatment as certain medications can preclude you from having some treatments.

Children.

We regret due to health and safety regulations please consider making other arrangements for your children when you come for your treatment. This is because there is a risk of injury to your child whilst not being properly supervised or a risk of potentially being exposed to contamination (Blood bourn pathogies/microblading) whilst carrying out a treatment. Children are not covered for this under our insurance. If your childcare has let you down at last minute, then we will need to rearrange.

Lateness.

Please try to be on time to your appointment as I have no waiting room.
We have a 15 minute lateness policy and unfortunely if you arrive later then that then your appointment will have to be cancelled and rearranged. This is because it will effect the smoothness of our schedule and then all our other appointments that day could fall behind and be effected.
